    Product Description

    AYAN-PWGZ3000 The organic solvent spray dryer is used for spray drying of organic solvents, which replace inert gas medium formed by circulating nitrogen. In addition to product recovery, organic solvents can also be recovered. In view of the characteristics of low flash point or micro toxicity of organic solvents, which is flammable and explosive, the closed cycle spray system is specially designed to meet the requirements.
     
    Technical Features
     

    1. The whole drying process of spray drying is completed in a vacuum environment, which greatly reduces the drying temperature of materials and solves the problem of spray drying of heat sensitive materials containing sugar materials.
    2. Parameter display of color LCD touch screen: air inlet temperature / air outlet temperature / peristaltic pump speed / air volume / needle passing frequency.
    3. full automatic control: one button start, set the spray process parameters, the temperature reaches the predetermined temperature, the peristaltic pump starts automatically, the touch screen displays animation and the running process is clearly displayed. It only needs to press the stop button, and the machine automatically and safely shut down.
    4. Manual control: if it is necessary to adjust the process parameters during the experiment, it is convenient to switch to the manual state, and the whole experiment process is dynamically displayed on the color touch screen (animation)
    5. Equipped with nozzle cleaner (through needle). When the nozzle is blocked, it will be automatically cleared and the frequency of through needle can be automatically adjusted.
    6. Shutdown protection function: just press the stop button when shutting down, the machine will stop running immediately except for the fan, to ensure that the heating part of the equipment will not be burnt out due to misoperation (forced shutdown of the fan).
    7. The spray, drying and collection system is made of transparent high-quality borosilicate heat-resistant glass material, so that the drying process can be carried out in a non polluting environment.
    8. The spray head is a concentric spray head. When atomizing, it ensures that there is no eccentricity resulting in spraying on the side of the bottle wall. The spray head can be moved up and down after installation, so as to adjust the atomization position and improve the spray drying effect.  Atomization structure of the two fluid spray is made of high quality stainless steel, and is designed with compact design and no need auxiliary equipment, and is convenient to use.
    9. Built in imported oil-free air compressor, the particle diameter of powder spraying is normal distribution, the fluidity is very good, the noise is very low, less than 60 dB.
    10. Atomization structure of two fluid atomization, the whole machine is made of high quality stainless steel, compact design and no accessory equipment.
    1. In the design of drying temperature control, real-time PID constant temperature control technology is adopted to make the temperature control in the whole temperature area accurate and the heating temperature control accuracy ± 1 ℃.
    12. In order to keep the sample pure, the air inlet filter is equipped.
    13. Solvent in material solution is recyclable .
    14. The feed volume can be adjusted by the feed peristaltic pump, and the minimum sample volume can reach 50ml.
    15. After drying, the particle size of the dried powder is relatively uniform, and more than 95% of the dried powder is in the same particle size range.
    16. For viscous materials, a nozzle cleaner (through needle) is provided. When the nozzle is blocked, it will automatically clear and the frequency of through needle can be automatically adjusted.
    17. The upgraded atomization system can effectively solve the adhesion and accumulation problem of some viscous materials in the cyclone separator.
    18. Explosion proof system:
    The first layer of nitrogen explosion-proof: according to the nature of nitrogen inert gas, the whole pipeline adopts nitrogen circulation, and the system can operate normally only when the oxygen content is less than 3%.
    The second industrial control explosion-proof, the pressure is higher than 3000pa, the safety valve is opened, and the pressure can be released,.
    The third explosion-proof is the explosion-proof sheet on the third layer. When the pressure in the drying tower system rises abnormally, the explosion-proof sheet on the top of the tower will open automatically for explosion relief
